About Bumble Bees

Bumble Bees have yellow and black bodies that are covered in hair.  The creatures are very social insects.  Although most bees have yellow and black bodies there are some that are orange and red or even all black.  If you were to touch a bee’s hair you would feel a very soft textured body almost like a fuzzy sensation.

The bumblebee is a very distant cousin of the honey bee.  Like their cousins the bumble bee collects pollen and nectar to create a small amount of honey as feed for their babies.

The Bumble bee costume patterns I would have to say is one of my favorite for kids and adults and hopefully yourself.
